MagBio Genomics - Sales Representative- East Coast

Description

Magbio Genomics Inc., a biotech company that focus on magnetic bead based genomic product line, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to cover the East Coast (New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania) of the US. The Sales Representative should reside in Boston, MA.  The Sales Representative’s role will be to engage prospective customers who express interest in MagBio’s full line of products and present customized solutions that will provide the highest level of performance.  

The Sales Representative will partner with National Sales Manager (NSM) to thoroughly investigate all leads, assess the needs of the customers, present sale quotations, and influence key decision makers to generate revenue. 

Responsibilities

·         The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging new and established customers to generate revenue for discipline specific goods and services throughout the East Coast of US. In order to be successful in this role, the Sales Representative must possess a sound technical product knowledge, a solution-based commercial sales acumen, and a dynamic outgoing personality.

·         Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue goals.

·         Approaching potential customers via different approaches, including telephone, email and etc., making and planning the sales plan.

·         Attend trade shows.

·         Qualify sales leads. Determine if customer has budget, authority, need and timing.

·         Combat and overcome objections by leveraging product knowledge and value-added selling techniques

·         Maintain active sales funnel by actively updating projected close dates and probabilities based on customer evidence

·         Actively promote MB products and services in a manner that best represents the organization

·         Handle and prioritize incoming customer phone calls and emails.

·         Providing products and technical expertise to existing and potential customers

·         Assist with the development and execution of road-shows, seminars, and customer training opportunities.

·         Partner with National Sales manager to execute sales plans that exceed targets.

·         Apply broad range of selling concepts and techniques to anticipate and resolve complex issues.

The Sales Representative should reside in Northern California.  The Sales Representative’s role will be to engage prospective customers who express interest in MagBio’s full line of products and present customized solutions that will provide the highest level of performance.  

The Sales Representative will partner with National Sales Manager (NSM) to thoroughly investigate all leads, assess the needs of the customers, present sale quotations, and influence key decision makers to generate revenue.
