MyMag 96X Magnetic Plate
Magnetic separation plate with our strongest magnets designed to work with magnetic beads-based kits that are used for both manual and automated nucleic acid extraction and clean-up applications. The bold strength of the MYMAG-96X allows fast processing of various sample / input volumes up to 500μL (2mL total reaction volume)
Magnetic bead-based manual or automated extraction, purification and clean-up of nucleic acids
- Reliable separation of magnetic beads in the DNA and RNA solutions during extraction or clean-up of NA
- Fast separation: strong magnets enable bead separation in less than 30 seconds. The bold strength of the MYMAG-96X allows fast processing of various sample / input volumes up to 500μL (2mL total reaction volume)
- Manual operations enable low to semi high throughput protocols
- Can be used in automated workflows as well.
- Compatible with all U-bottom, V-bottom and PCR Plates
- Solid Aluminium design for consistent results
MyMag 96X Magnetic Plate (96 microplate format) is designed to simplify the manual and automated processing of magnetic bead separations for nucleic acid purification, extraction and clean up. The use of magnetic separation devices is essential in any paramagnetic bead-based DNA and RNA purification process. The 96X magnetic plates is optimized for manual & automated laboratory operations involved in magnetic-bead based nucleic acid purification workflows, and allow for an accelerated separation in less than 30 seconds. This reduces operation time and increases the purity of sample DNA or RNA, as no magnetic particles are left in the sample solution.

Please follow the protocol of magnetic bead kit that you are using.
The magnetic separation device is used to collect magnetic beads when separation of the solution from beads is required. That normally happens during washing, when changing the buffer and during elution steps.
