HighPrep Blood & Tissue DNA Kit
Blood and tissue DNA kit, a magnetic bead-based kit for high-quality genomic DNA extraction from 50-250 µL of fresh or frozen whole blood, buffy coat, lysate of tissues, mouse tails, cultured cells, saliva, buccal swabs.

Blood and Tissue DNA Kit has been designed to isolate high quality genomic DNA from 50-250 µL of fresh or frozen whole blood, buffy coat, lysate of tissues, mouse tails, cultured cells, saliva, buccal swabs.
HighPrep Blood & Tissue DNA Kit utilizes paramagnetic beads to isolate genomic DNA (gDNA) from various sample types including tissue, whole blood, saliva and cells; resulting in high quantity and quality DNA usable in various genomic downstream applications. HighPrep Blood & Tissue DNA Kit could be used for few samples as well as in high throughput setting on automated workflow.

Higher yields of gDNA from tissue samples achieved with HighPrep Blood & Tissue DNA Kit
10 mg of fresh chicken liver was used for this experiment. 200 μl Elution Buffer for both kits. 5 μl DNA Solution used in each gel well.

Higher yields of high quality gDNA from blood samples achieved with HighPrep Blood & Tissue DNA Kit
150 μl of whole blood was used for this experiment. For Competitor kit: 200 μl Elution Buffer used. 10 μl DNA solution used for each well.
For MagBio kit 100 μl Elution Buffer used. 5 μl DNA solution used for each well.

- Add blood or tissue sample to well of 1.2 mL deep-well plate. Bring sample volume up to with PBS or with MB Elution Buffer.
- Add Pro K Solution
- Add Lysis Buffer
- Add 100 % ethanol and MAG-S1 particles
- Wash by adding 70% ethanol to the sample
- Elution done by using MB Elution Buffer
- Store DNA at -20°C.
